1. Nature of the Program

The tester program constitutes an experimental phase, provisional access, and a system of observation and improvement, not a final product or guaranteed service.

OTO-TAROTS makes no commitment as to results, stability, duration, or maintenance of features.

2. Access – Duration – Conditions

Tester access is personal, non-transferable, revocable at any time, and conditional upon full compliance with this charter.

Maximum duration: 12 months from activation, with no automatic renewal.

Access is subject to manual validation and may be suspended or removed without justification.

OTO-TAROTS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the tester program at any time.

3. Purpose of the Program

The program aims in particular to:

• Test features
• Evaluate usability
• Experiment with progression levels
• Collect usable feedback
• Detect bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities

4. Tester Commitment

The tester agrees to:

• Use the application in a real and honest manner
• Respect the spirit of the program
• Provide factual and constructive feedback
• Adopt respectful behavior
• Maintain total confidentiality about the program

5. Ownership of Feedback and Contributions

All comments, ideas, suggestions, reports, concepts, improvements, or feedback submitted become fully and definitively the exclusive property of OTO-TAROTS.

The tester waives any intellectual property rights, compensation, legal recognition, or future claim.

OTO-TAROTS is free to use, modify, integrate, or exploit them without limitation.

6. Confidentiality – Intellectual Property

All content, mechanics, texts, methods, concepts, interfaces, visuals, and systems are the exclusive property of OTO-TAROTS.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Share screenshots
• Copy content
• Share internal mechanics
• Publish public reviews of the test version
• Reproduce quizzes or pedagogical structures

Any infringement results in immediate exclusion.

7. Sole Official Channel

All communications must go through the secure personal space accessible after login on www.ototarots.com.

No external messages (personal email, social networks, instant messaging) will be considered admissible.

8. Observation Phase (30 Days)

The first 30 days constitute an analysis phase.

OTO-TAROTS evaluates in particular:

• Usage regularity
• Real engagement
• Quality of feedback

Access may be interrupted at the end of this phase without justification.

9. Exclusion – Suspension

OTO-TAROTS may suspend or remove access in the event of:

• Lack of activity
• Absence of feedback
• Non-compliance with the charter
• Harmful behavior
• Damage to the image of the project
• Suspicion of abuse

No compensation may be claimed.

10. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is".

OTO-TAROTS declines any responsibility regarding:

• Bugs, interruptions, data loss
• Account deletion
• Program termination
• Algorithmic decisions or use of content

The application has no contractual medical, psychological, therapeutic, or divinatory purpose.

11. Data and Confidentiality

Usage data may be collected for analysis and improvement purposes.

OTO-TAROTS does not sell data.

The tester has access and deletion rights in accordance with applicable laws.

12. End of Program

At the end of the program or in the event of termination, free access ends automatically.

Acquired progress may be deleted.

No continuity is guaranteed.

A preferential offer may be proposed without obligation.

13. Charter Modification

OTO-TAROTS reserves the right to modify this charter at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

This charter is governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, including Law 25 on the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of this charter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, judicial district of Montreal.

15. Acceptance

Registration and account activation constitute full, complete, and unreserved acceptance.

This charter does not constitute an employment contract, partnership, or commercial obligation.
